New AS4 component in CIPA e-Delivery

CIPA e-Delivery is an activity of the Directorate-General for Informatics (DIGIT) of the European Commission.

The objective of CIPA is to provide a generic solution for public administrations to exchange documents in a secure and reliable way. CIPA e-Delivery aims at creating a document exchange network. Participants have access to this network through gateways, which communicate with each other using a standard protocol.

CIPA e-Delivery now supports AS4 as profiled in the EU e-SENS project. It provides a sample open source AS4 component based on version 3.0 of the open source Domibus implementation developed by the e-CODEX project.

The sources of Domibus 3.0 are available at https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/svn/cipaedelivery/tags/3.0.0/as4/.

The binaries are also published on Nexus: https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/nexus/content/repositories/releases/eu/domibus/domibus/3.0.0/
