AUSTIN, TX—Drummond Group Inc. (DGI), the leading B2B interoperability certification company, today announced that five software products from five companies successfully completed the Drummond Certified™ program’s ebMS (ebXML Message Service)-4Q06 interoperability testing. Companies demonstrating interoperability among their products in the ebMS-4Q06 test round included Axway, Cleo Communications, Inovis, Inc., Sterling Commerce and Xenos.
ebMS is the messaging layer of the ebXML framework. The software products from these solution providers deliver a cross-industry selection of tested standards-based, interoperable ebMS solutions to global industries, including automotive, financial services, government, health care and retail.
The adoption of interoperable ebMS systems within numerous industries is critical to the growth of today’s marketplace. These systems’ ability to interoperate ensures their capabilities to exchange information efficiently in a cost-effective manner.
“These innovative, interoperable products based on the ebMS standard successfully passed the certification test round designed by the Drummond Certified™ program so companies can be more efficient and communicate better with their supply chains at all levels,” said Rik Drummond, DGI’s chief executive officer. “This empowers software companies to deliver a variety of new, interoperable software products designed to enrich business and trading partner relationships worldwide.”
In addition to the Drummond Certified program, DGI also provides certification and test development of software applications for industries that prefer to develop their own association-branded certification programs.
