The CPPA3 package provides a collection of open source Python modules to process OASIS ebCore CPPA3 documents and related functionality. CPPA3 is the version 3 of the ebXML Collaboration Protocol Profile and Agreement specification, currently under development.

A blog post series by Toon Vanhoutte of Codit that aims to provide an introduction to AS4, a recent B2B messaging standard. It provides the basic insights on how AS4 establishes a reliable and secure message exchange between trading partners. This is a jump start to get to know the ins and outs of the standard, as the specifications are quite complex to understand without any prior introduction.

Slovenian courts are successfully using secure e-delivery since 2011, with the number of electronically delivered court documents constantly rising (1,3 million delivered court writs in 2015).
Currently they are using their own protocol (and corresponding XML schemas).  However, in 2014 it was decided to develop a new e-delivery system, capable of introducing secure e-delivery to other areas of public administration, not only limited to judiciary.

The European large scale project e-SENS will hold its first test session open for non-project participants from December 1st to January 31th 2016. 

Gateway vendors that already support the e-SENS/AS4 profile are invited to conformance test their e-Delivery solution based on current 48 test assertions that cover the full e-SENS/AS4 profile functionality.

The OASIS ebXML Core (ebCore) TC [1] members have recently approved a Committee Specification Draft (CSD) and submitted it for 30-day public review:
